As South Africa’s first national park, established in 1926, the Kruger National Park is one of the largest game reserves in Africa.  Situated in the eastern provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga, the Kruger National Park also forms part of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park that links it with Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe and the Limpopo National Park in Mozambique.  UNESCO has also designated the Kruger National Park as part of the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere as an International Man and Biosphere Reserve.

Our photographic safari prices range from $1450 per person sharing, depending on group size, which will include all food and lodging at one of the numerous chalets, game drives and 5 days in which to have the opportunity to photograph not only Africa’s big 5, but also the other various African wildlife on offer.

Due to the park’s anti-poaching measures the Kruger National Park offers its guest ample opportunities to view rhinos, elephants, leopards, lions and many variety of buffalo, which make up the famous Big Five.

Entrance to the Kruger National Park is gained through one of its 9 main gates where after you can tour the park’s many wilderness trails.  Accommodation is varied with over 7 different resting camps, offering modern self catering or bush tent camping sites, including various facilities such as swimming pools, the Elephant Hall museum, shops, restaurants, first aid stations and so much more.

Not only is the Kruger National Park abundant in African wildlife like different antelope, such as the springbok, impala, crocodiles, warthogs and hippos, but here the avid bird watcher can also find over 517 species of birds, such as the lappet-faced vulture, martial eagle and the reclusive Pel’s fishing owl.

Set amongst the backdrop of the magnificent Lebombo Mountains in the east, our guests will also have the incredible fauna on offer to photograph. As several rivers run through the park, the visual scenes will take your breath away amongst the beautiful thorn trees, marula, red-bush and mopane shrubs and trees.
